Chad was attempting to override his increasing habit of sleeping a lot through various methods. Today, it was an extreme dose of Pixi Stix and playing obnoxiously chipper J-Pop throughout the main speakers. While it didn't exactly leave him feeling particularly bouncy, he was certainly awake, with eyes widened more than usual and a need to keep moving, keep moving, keep moving...
He'd probably do more work in the store today than he had in his entire stint of employment so far. And the place never looked cleaner. And even after he cleaned it, he cleaned it again. And then sucked down more flavoured sugar. And cleaned again. Then rearranged all the magazines, and not only alphabatized all the CD, but also put them in chronological order by band, then ate more sugar, then actually sang along to Megumi Hayashabari, which was pretty interesting, and cleaned again, and....
