Sunday Brunch: The Arms Hotel

The original plan, to have this be a brunch be another barbeque, had been spoiled by two things. The boss' decision to have the barbeque yesterday, and also by the rain.

Some of the staff was wondering if possibly Mr. Kent had known that it was going to rain. Perhaps he was a Wizard of some kind.

Cletus has pointed out that if Mr. Clark is a Wizard, perhaps the duck is his familiar.

In the meantime there is left over barbeque for sandwich fixins, omlette bar, juice, milk, cofee, soda (or Pop as it's called in some areas), and a glorious selection of cereal. And probably anything else native to Earth that you wish to have for brunch.

Having gotten rather bored with her invoices, Zhaan wandered into the Arms, in search of something to distract her. The array of food certainly did it.

"Meat." She murmured in approval before fixing herself a rather larfe, meat-filled sandwich. A large glass of juice completed her morning afternoon repast and she settled at a table, content.

"Thank you." Zhaan smiled, "It's a very lovely selection."

"I don't believe we've met." clark said. "I'm clark Kent, the manager."

"Pa'u Zotah Zhaan," she inclined her head, "I'm the proprieter of Sanctity."

"I've seen your place, but never actually been in." he admitted. "What sort of establishment is it?"

"I sell mainly herbs and some folk remedies I've picked up over time." She smiles serenely, "And bath oils, soaps, and the occasional candle."

"Oh that wounds wonderfull." clark smiled. Mental note: Go there for Ma's Christmas present. "I'll have to remember your place when Christmas rolls around."

Clark finally finished his weekly paperwork and came out to see how things were doing, and maybe grab some food as well.

Mac hasn't been particularly good at getting out and doing things on a Sunday up to this point, so she's making up for it today. By removing herself from the dorms and heading into town for brunch.

She collects some coffee and fruit and finds herself a seat at an empty table.
