The sign had been changed to announce the weekly Monday confessional, but there was no gun cleaning for Rosette today while she waited in the little booth. She was doing some planning, some thinking. The sign seemed to have been working nicely; it'd been a busy week, although, really, she could discredit Four-Eyes and Eyepatch Kid's visit on account of the holiday, and John, well, John kind of didn't count anyway because she almost mostly expected him to show up at least a few times a week. But still...there'd been more traffic this week than there was last week, excluding Halloween.

So there had to be something more she could do, beyond the sign, and she was brainstorming and scribbling and flipping through books. Actually doing work. It was pretty amazing. Whether or not any of the brainstorming would culminate to anything was another question, though.

Chrono dallied around the church, ready to help anyone who needed it.
