Mmmm, rainy days in the church. Rosette loved days like this, where the church really did feel like some sort of sanctuary, removed from the world, contained in its own space between the stained glass windows and arching ceilings. It was perfect for finding a spot in a pew and curling up with a good book. Not The Good Book, because she really found that to be dry and boring more often than not. These dime-store Westerns, however, were great.
