Lana got into work on time, but a little hung-over from indulging last night. She wasn't sure if she was glad Thanksgiving was this week or not. She was finding it hard to find a lot to be really thankful about.

At some point during the day, a white baker's box tied with string appeared at the door of the shop. A note tucked into the box read:

Miss Lang,

A care package, with best wishes, to help you through the day.

Inside the box were a couple dozen homemade gingersnaps.

Lana looked at the box curiously when it arrived, then smiled when she opened it. "Oh, that Mr. Aziraphale is so wonderful!" she said. "I'll have to find a good way to thank him."
