Our Lady of Fandom; Wednesday [ 11/29 ]
Today, Sister Rosette Christophere was pouting. A lot.
First, there was the mere fact that, while it seemed like a good idea at the time, pouring glitter all over a demon lead to a lot of fun during the event, but a lot of very annoying clean up after the fact. Glitter was everywhere, stuck in the aisle runner, clinging to the sides of the pews, and Rosette hadn't ever heard of a vaccuum cleaner yet.
Secondly, there was the whole fact that Chrono had actually used it against her to keep her from going to that opening night party at the Devil's Nest last night. Sure, there were other reasons. Nuns shouldn't go to nightclubs, anyway, especially ones with titles like that. She was injured, and should be resting, not drinking. But it was the glitter that did it. "You owe me," Chrono said, with a glare and a growl. The fact that she did actually end up busting her bandages laughing so hard because he still had the tiara on simply bought him his victory.
Thirdly, and finally, the adventure of the weekend meant that she hadn't been able to get her foodstuffs from the food drive to the orphanages. So she was, awkwardly with her arm but thankfully with a lot of help from Chrono, finishing boxing them up and planning a trip for tomorrow to distribute them. The sign outside the church simply implored for assistance:
Wednesday:
Just because the day is over, doesn't mean the Thanksgiving spirit should be.
Please join us tomorrow for a trip to the mainland to share all the wonderful gifts you have given.
[[ open for all your churchly needs. The trip to the orphanage tomorrow doesn't have to be played out, but I'd be willing to do something for it if anyone was interested. Otherwise, I was figuring we could just handwavey the good cheer, but please come talk to Rosette today if your character might like to come. ]]

She started cracking up, rolling a little with her laugher, hand clutching her injured side. Oh, God, it hurt, but....maaaaaan. "R...really?" she asked, through the pain, the giggling. "You stole his fish?"

Perhaps this was a complicated thing to explain.

Either way, the twins made their way to the church today, free from classes and any sort of annoying work.
