The Devil's Nest, Sunday Night

Flanking the entrance to The Devil's Nest were two trolls. Two dead trolls to be exact. After the attempted attack on the club Lucifer had placed them outside as a warning and a decoration.

There was also a sign, held in one of the stone trolls' hands, offering free drinks to anyone who managed to kill a troll. Unless they were underage, then it was free Shirley Temples.

Waiting, was always the hardest part.

When Aziraphale had been called away, Wilson had tried to fill the time with work on next semester's class and a few other projects but as the hours progressed, with no contact from Aziraphale or from the clinic or from any of his friends, Wilson's edginess had grown to a point where he needed to get out of the apartment.

The air on the street was tense with the promise of violence to come and Wilson kept low and quick as he made his way from the apartment down to the one other place in Fandom he figured might be safe from the trolls. After all, what troll in thier right mind would tangle with the devil?

The two dead troll additions were a bit of a surprise and Wilson blinked as he headed for the front door. Okay, so the trolls weren't in their right mind but the result was the same...dead trolls.

Once in the establishment, he made a bee line for the bar.

"Scotch, neat." He said in a quiet voice.

"Thank you." He said quietly more on automatic pilot than anything and he slid a twenty across the bar then settled down to sip his drink.

He knew better than to try to engage Mazikeen in conversation.
