Cafe Fina, Monday

Cafe Fina opened late on Monday. Alfred, Wadsworth, et. al were busy cleaning up the area around Cafe Fina from the troll fight.

Appearances were important if you were a restraunt, after all.

Cafe Fina was open.

Yes indeed. Fortunately some humans are quite dignified. Clark's mother for instance.

"Oh Gracious." she said, looking around at the place. "I haven't been out to eat in such a nice place in ages."

"Oh, heavens no." Martha laughed. Not even the few times she'd gone out to a fancy restaurant had she ever been bowed to. "No I'm from Smallville. I visited Clark in Metropolis once or twice though."

Alfred nodded. "I've been to Smallville for a brief time, although I spend most of my time in Gotham these days. Charming little town. May I show you to a seat?"

Alfred nodded and disappeared for a moment before returning with a chilled pitcher of water, two empty glasses, and a glass of orange juice. "Are you ready to order?"

"Oh yes I think so." Clark said, after looking to his mother for confirmation. Clark ordered a steak, cooked medium rare, with a baked potato.

martha ordered something handwavily that was appropriate for her condition.
