Changing up the sign on the front of the church was a little difficult one-handed. Even more so since the sign was about to tilt over from when the trolls had knocked it around a little. Rosette had Chrono hold it for her while she put up today's message.

Tuesday
Tomorrow is Saint Nicholas' Day! Remember to put out a boot.
Praying might help get better candy.
Just saying.

Rosette left a pair of her own boots out, too, with a pointed look at Chrono to suggest that he knows what to do. She still liked to pretend to be surprised.

Back to fixin' up the place! Which, since Rosette really couldn't do much with her arm still in a sling, meant naptime for her while Chrono did all the work.

However, that wasn't much different from any time her arm wasn't in a sling. Good to know some things never changed, even in the face of troll smashings.
