Monday
Confessions.

Rosette was neither in a bad mood or hungover for today's confessions, but she still had a big cup of coffee with her as she cleaned her guns in the confessional and waited, if anything just to keep her awake. She could have gone and appriciated her present from the Doctor, but decided to save it for either a special occation or an emergency. As she examined her various pistols, feet propped up on the guncase in front of her, she wondered about this whole confessional system. It seemed a little flawed; she spent all day in here to help preserve the anonymity of whoever came to confess, but it wasn't like it was very difficult to figure out who it was.

Meanwhile, Chrono, doing his usual cleaning although still (sigh) a bit sore, wondered if perhaps he himself should slip into the other side of the confessional. Not that he had anything to attone to Him; He had no cares for his kind. But he knew he had something to attone to her.

"Dear god, why did I even come in here?" Dr. Venture announced as he stepped inside. "Can... does anyone here have any religious artifacts for sale?"

"Because money speaks louder than God?" Dr. Venture said.

"Look, I thought maybe I could get something for that stupid Necromancer tenant of mine for Christmas," Dr. Venture said. "He believes in all that soul and purgatory crap so I figured this would be the place to come."

"No wonder you people have to ask for handouts," Dr. Venture grumbled.

"I'm sure you do," Dr. Venture said. "I can see I've wasted my time. Good day." He turned to leave.
