The Devil's Nest, New Years Eve

The club was decorated in silver and black, even the trolls out front had been given small party hats for the occasion. A large sign was hung outside the club, over the entrance:

Another, smaller sign was held in the hands of one of the trolls:

Dozens of bottles of Champagne were behind the bar for the occasion. Mazikeen really wanted to shake one up and open it.

The Tick - feeling that it was his duty to check out all of the area bars to figure out if there would be trouble in them that it would later be his duty to clean up - wandered over to The Devil's Nest and took a seat at the bar. "Chocolate milk," he ordered. "Nay! This is a special occasion. Chocolate shake." That was more in the spirit.

"Eeee!" Yuuko sat down quickly and excitedly, very clearly in a cheery mood. "How about givin' me some of your best liquor?"

A bottle champagne was placed on the bar in front of Yuuko. And after a pause, a champagne flute was placed next to it.

The Lounge

All of the tables had noise makers on them for any guest who wanted one.

He was wearing a perfectly tailored tux tonigh, drinking a glass of champagne while he sat at his table.

Wilson and Aziraphale had been debating whether to dance first or say hello to Lucifer first.

Wilson had insisted that it was only good manners to annoy greet your host before you went dancing. So, while Aziraphale stopped by the bar to pick up a couple glasses of champagne, Wilson headed for the tables where Lucifer could occasionally be found.

Dressed in hand tailored white tie and tails, as he had been last year, Wilson smiled as he approached Lucifer and sketched the Advesary a graceful bow at the waist.

"Good evening, Lucifer."

This guy seemed like he might be the kind of person to run a place like this. "Hello!" Tick said, bringing his chocolate shake with him. "Are you the owner of this establishment?"

Mac immediately settled in right next to Cally picking one up from the table to give it closer inspection. "Definitely the way to draw New Year custom," Mac commented. "Giving people shiny toys is usually a winner."

Kaylee decided it was probably best to go out on New Year's Eve instead of moping alone in her dorm room. So she settled in the lounge and looked around for anyone she knew.

Being a hermit most of the time was no excuse not to hang out on New Year's Eve, so Alphonse was out, heading out to where he figured some familiar faces would be.

For once Jamie isn't wearing a t-shirt and jeans with a beat up overcoat. He's in a nice suit and proudly escorting the best girl out on to the dance floor. "May I have this dance?"

After leading Wilson out to the dance floor, Lucifer bowed his head politely. "Shall I move slowly so as to not confuse you with any complex moves?" He asked teasingly.

Fingers entwined, Wilson lead the angel back out onto the dance floor and with a graceful turn, cast himself into his lover's arms, curling his own up over Phale's shoulders as their bodies fitted intimately together.

"Hello there handsome, dance with strange men often?" He teased softly, smiling warmly at his lover.

Aziraphale, champagne refills in hand, joined Wilson at the table he'd selected so they could watch the dancing and count down to the new year.

"Here you are, love," he announced cheerily, handing the young doctor his glass and taking a seat. "Do you know...I think perhaps we ought to take a walk through the park after we leave. What do you think?"

[ooc: Aziraphale and Wilson are totally interruptable if anyone wants to stop and share a friendly New Year's kiss. (Or a hug, if you prefer. *g*)
