Opening the shop for work was the last thing Hikaru and Karou wanted to do this morning. Hikaru was still in a rather foul mood from last night, and they hadn't gotten to pester Haruhi yesterday! It didn't look like either of them were in much of a pleasant mood, since they'd woken up with massive bruises on their legs and another whiney Ranma. (He was the one who'd rolled too close this time! It had nothing to do with thier meddling!)

They kept to the counter and their computer solitaire, letting Goth and Emo watch the shop.

Sparky's is open~

Yuki was exploring town lazily. He happened upon Sparky's assuming it might be a good idea to figure out what was in there. And what the hell "Sparky's" is supposed to mean.

"Hello and welcome." They looked up from the computer when he walked in, speaking in rather dull tones of voices.

Yuki raises an eyebrow. What the hell is with the clones? "So you just fix things here?"

"Pretty much... it's pretty stupid." Hikaru leans his chin into his hand, not giving Yuki much of a friendly expression.

"At least you obviously have a good cloning machine in the back." Hr blinks once at them dryly.

They stared at him dully. "How accurate of you. So nice to see some intelligence around here."

"Aren't you the Hiitachin brats? You're taller." He looks mildly amused.

Both gave him a good frown. "We're not brats. And how do you know our last name?"

"I know your mom. She was a fan of my books. I got invited to a party at your house once. It's good to see you again. And you're not crossdressing this time. That's a real plus."

Their faces fell a little at the mention of 'cross dressing'. So. He'd been to that party.

//"That wasn't by choice."// Hikaru bit back anything rude. It helped that they now knew who he was. Their mother was practically obsessed.

//"Study abroad."// They closed their computer briefly to speak with him.

Both twins seemed to lighten up a little at that response. At least he wasn't a tightass.

They just kept staring as he left. Because.. EW. How could he even SUGGEST something like that?! Of course he was going to see them again. They would 't let him live down a comment like that.
