The Park, Thursday Morning
It had been a busy week so far, and so Aziraphale had little trouble convincing Wilson to enjoy a light breakfast and then crawl back into bed. Assured that the young doctor would be staying put for a couple of hours, the angel slipped out to the park, something he hadn't been able to do in quite a while. It was cold, but he wrapped a scarf around his neck and hoped that he could manage for Wilson not to notice the lack of a winter coat for just a little while longer.
Settling comfortably onto his bench, with a thermos of tea and a sack of fresh muffins from J,GOB (for the ducks, of course), Aziraphale felt prepared for a quiet morning of people-watching.
[ooc: Open! Or feel free to use the park for your parky needs. Will be disappearing for a couple of hours mid-day EST.]

She slowed down as she neared him, and she waved when she drew his attention. "Good morning."

He crumbled a piece of muffin for the couple of ducks who were standing expectantly at his feet. "Rather cold morning. Would you like some tea before you continue on your way?"
no subject
Glancing down at the ducks, she grinned and shoved her hands in her coat pockets as she stepped closer.
"Tea would be really nice, thank you."

He waved a hand toward the bench, inviting Annette to have a seat, and produced a teacup from...possibly his pocket. "How are you finding Fandom, my dear?"
no subject
Smiling, she sat down and watched him pull out a cup...from where? She might have tried to peer around him. This was Fandom. She had to remember not to be surprised.
Accepting the cup with a gracious, 'Thank you', she replied. "I will admit, the first couple days were really trying. I wondered if I was lost somehow in a perpetual dream." Grinning, she took a sip of tea, finding it very good.
"But I have come to really enjoy it. I like the spontaneity; keeps me on my toes. Are you a professor here or are you just a great friend of Dr. Wilson?"

"Good morning, my dear," he replied cheerfully. "Tea?"

"Really lovely morning, isn't it?" he said. "I...appreciate your not saying anything to James about the...incident. I really am dreadfully sorry about it."

She gave Aziraphale a wave when she saw him there, too, not breaking the rhythm of the ball bouncing expertly on her knee.

"Come have a cup of cocoa when you get tired," he called, remembering that she was on his list of people who didn't really prefer tea. Odd, he knew, but he did try his best to accommodate all tastes.

"I don't get tired," Rosette said with a grin, getting in three more bounces before catching the ball and tucking it against her hip while she drifted over. "But I'll stop for a moment anyway. How've you been, Aziraphale?"
She hoped she was impressed. She'd been practicing him name a bit.

"Much better this week," he admitted, "now that James is up and about. And I'm very much enjoying having classes in session again. I hope you're doing well, and keeping yourself busy?"

"I think that's lovely, my dear. Where are you going to learn about pinball?"

The angel's eyes were merry as he answered, although Parker's question about the attack brought a more serious expression to his face.
"Nothing official, no. I...have a theory, but it's nothing more than that, I'm afraid."
