After bolting from the hotel room, Street had found a promising-looking corner and was now offering to do some very inappropriate-for-a-comm-post things to any passers-by (particularily of the male variety).

Tess had taken a short break from drawing to find something to eat. The hospital staff hadn't come looking for her and tell her to go to the dining hall, and now she was starving. Hurrying around a corner she bumped into another patient who was posing oddly.

"Hey, watch it, sister." Street scowls at the girl who bumped in to him.

Peter had exhausted all the possibilities he'd found in that strange apartment building and had made his way down to the town. He raised an eyebrow at the boy outside of the bakery. "I think the low end of town is that way," he said, pointing to the causeway."

Street slowly looks the other boy over. "Yeah?" he says carelessly, flicking the ash from his cigarette on to the ground.

Lonnie slowed down as she walked up. Suddenly this town wasn't looking so boring after all. "Hey Baby," she drawled.

"Lookin' for some fun, little girl?" Peter asked, looking her over.

Conner's arm still stung a little bit after his disastrous attempt to "spar" with whoever Evie thought she was. Ergo, baked goods.

Tyler was on a walk, possibly on a mission. This town had to have someplace for Fight Club.

Maybe Bridge would know? He seemed too ... happy, but he might have ideas anyhow.

"So where could someone looking for a fight go around here?" he asked.

Becky was out for a walk herself, her hands tucked into her pockets when she spotted the boy.

The town had proven to be nearly perfect. New, fresh, and completely flexible. Young humans with their impressionable minds called to him almost like a siren song.

Leoben happened upon a rather large group of them, standing around. Almost as if they were waiting for him.

Xander headed down what looked to be the main drag in this burg, and noticed the corner in front of the bakery looked pretty bustlin', and he had an idea what with.

Not crowded enough to grab a snack and nobody notice, not abandoned enough to have no witnesses, but, hmm. The pickings looked pretty juicy, and he could always lure one away...

Buffy was looking for someone - anyone - who could tell her what was going on demon-wise in this town. She was itching to kill something. She saw the people hanging outside the Bakery, and headed that way.

Xander noted the new girl approaching about two seconds before he noted the broken-off branch in her hand.

Then he caught a glmpse of her face.

"[Censored for public comm]," he muttered. He knew that face, even if he hadn't seen it for all that long back in Sunnydale.

He had to find Willow and tell her, so Xander slipped away from the girls on the corner, and headed for the shadows between the buildings.
