Wonka's Sweets Shoppe - Sunday Brunch

Luna headed down to town bright and early, completely unaware of the increased oddness occurring on the island.

She'd received a glorious new item to try out in the shop and she couldn't wait to put up its display.

She got everything read in record time, plenty of cozy nooks, large and small tables, everything any customer could hope for, they would find at Wonka's Sunday Brunch.

Including a fully mobile miniature rodeo laid out on the largest counter, complete with taffy horses, marzipan cowhands, and licorice lassos chasing the wily Free Range Caramels she'd just opened, all in an almond bark pen.

[ooc: Cable's just come back up from being out last night. OCD is coming up in short order! HI FANDOM, HI! Brunch is now OPEN TO ALL! And it totally always said 'miniature rodeo'. Hush. And the links in worked on 'Food & Drink!' too...in my head. *face.hands*]

Waldo was over in a corner, drinking a cup of chocolate milk. It was tasty and vitaminlicious!

No crates! No cages! Life is heaven in a caramel pen!

Volunteer caramels, otherwise known as free-range caramels, allowed to casually chat to lollipops!

Aiden was completely oblivious to the crazy going around this weekend, and just settled down cheerfully with a couple of pastries and a large mug of coffee.

Sunday brunch was a tradition, even if there was no nun in which to keep the tradition. Chrono was still excited, though, to take Mary instead, and Mary was positively thrilled. She boggled at the sheer amount of food as they found a table to sit. "Chrono, this is just divine!"

John moseys in and stocks up on food, sitting in a corner watching the door. Hey, that is Luna.

Mufasa was waiting outside the shop.

The tasty humans would be slower after eating pastries, right?

Not that he'd turn down a pastry if he was offered one. As long as it didn't have powdered sugar on it--that would mess up his mane.

Superheroing was hard work. Especially if you always had the munchies.

Bluntman and Chronic were working on "protecting" the buffet. Really. Not just stuffing their faces.

Bluntman and Chronic exited the shop. And stopped.

"Bluntman . . . how high are we?"

"You're still on the ground," Mufasa pointed out very helpfully.

Chronic screamed like a little girl and leapt into Bluntman's arms.

"That'd be great," Aiden replied, smiling at the girl and moving her mug over. "Good spread you've got goin'."
