Fandom Trooper Station - Evening

The troopers were celebrating having thwarted an evil robbery. Never mind that the evil person they had caught was just a girl. Right now, they were on a chocolate high.

Rita was safely locked away behind bars, but anyone was free to come and visit her.

((Feel free to visit Rita ~~once she pings into the post~~. Please mod that you left your name and were escorted down to the prison as I won't be online all too long anymore.))

Rita was glaring furiously out at anyone who came near. The resemblance to Parker had never been stronger. ~~Because the icon is the same person.~~

She's also *handwavily* left a message for Eric, hoping he'd stop by and get her out of this.

Weiss sat down in front of the bars and crossed his arms after ~~handwavily~~ talking to the front desk. "Bank robbery?"

"I wanted to get back my deposit?" Rita tried, looking hopeful.

"What the hell were you thinking?" Weiss asked.

Rita clutched the bars, feeling a little more desperate. "That I need the money! That I wanted off this Island! That I wanted us to be together, and a couple million would make that possible!"

"You wanted us to be together?" Weiss said. "Did I happen to casually mention that I thought grand larceny was really hot or something? Jesus, Rita."

"You don't understand." Rita made her voice pathetic, and rested her forehead against the bars. "I have a record, Eric. I was young, I was stupid-- and I didn't want to stay in jail. I didn't even do anything that wrong! So, I, um." She gave him the big eyes. "Sort of walked out."

Weiss crossed his arms. "I'm not buying it, Rita."

Rita stared at him a moment, then grinned, wide and wicked. "I wouldn't respect you if you did. I wouldn't love you, if you did." She lowered her voice huskily. "Come on, Eric. Help me out, here. I just want to be free. With you."

"Love me? Rita, I'm crazier about Parker than she'll ever be about me, but I'm not that crazy. You don't love me," Weiss said.

"But, but, I do," Rita protested. Her jaw firmed. "You just don't understand yet. I'll prove it to you. When I break out of here, it'll all be okay. You'll see. You'll forget all about her."

Weiss strode to the bars. "I'm going now, but I want you to know something. Between friends."

"What?" Rita smiled at him, although the 'friends' part was not what she'd wanted to hear. "Tell me anything."

"If I find out you had anything to do with Parker's disappearance, you can bet I won't ever forget it," Weiss said.

Rita's jaw hardened, and she stared at him a moment. "You'd never find out, if I did. You'd never find her." A poisonous sweet smile, verging back onto crazy-sweet. "So give up now. Go with what you've got, Eric."

"Go to hell, Rita," Weiss said, walking out.

Rita stared after him a moment, disbeieving. "You'll regret that, Eric Weiss! You'll want me back, you'll see! Nobody leaves me! No one!"

She sat down to plot again, fingers clenching and unclenching.

Because no one left her and lived to tell about it. Ever.

It was better not to ask how she'd found out, but she had, and she was here with her camera. "Parker, I just want to say right now, I hope that in time you will forgive me and find this at least half as funny as I do," she said first thing.

"RITA! My name is... Oh, forget it!" Rita glared at Zero, and said, "You're not my lawyer, are you?"

"Yes, I know, but I'm hopin' she'll get the message. No, I'm not your lawyer. How'd you wind up in jail?"

"The damn alarm... wait." She took a breath, eyes narrowing on Zero. "This won't be used against me in court, right?"

"No, of course not," Zero said. "Don' worry, this'll never go to trial anyway."

Rita gave her a mistrustful look, but shrugged. "First my two accomplices never even showed up! Then when I went to do it myself, I missed a damn wire. Then a million policemen arrived, instead of one guard, and I got caught behind the security door!" She banged a fist on the bars. "Next time, it'll be better. Explosives. Seriously. So much easier."

"Sounds like nothin's goin' right for you," Zero said sympathetically.

"Eric just left." Another fist pounding on the bars. "I'll get him back, though. You'll see. No one leaves me. No one."

Zero frowned at her. "You didn' expect him to spend all night in the clink, didja? S'not very understandin' of you, Rita."

Rita made a face. "He wants Parker. Why? She hasn't even told him her first name!"

"She doesn' tell anyone her first name," Zero explained. "It's like a whole big thing."

"She's having sex with him. She doesn't love him, he can't even call her his girlfriend." Rita glared at Zero. "Is it so wrong to want to be ridiculously rich and have a great boyfriend? Socrates didn't get it either. And after all the letters I wrote him! Men!"

"I have no idea what you're talkin' about, an' I'm not even sure Weiss an' Parker are dating, so, sure, whatever you say."

"My last boyfriend. Who I broke out of jail for." She glared at Zero, then became calmer. "He tried to hide from me, but I found him." Rita's smile was almost as smug as Parker's.

"Okay, well, um, swerval for you. I really don' wanna know what you did to him."

"Oh, he's still alive." She frowned. "Last time I checked. Not that I care now." Rita glared at Zero. "Is that what you came for? And if you see Parker, tell her to stay away from my guy!"

"Of course," Zero said. "Rita, it's been lovely talkin' to you. I'm gonna go before someone realizes I'm here."

Waldo was in the next cell. So that's what Fandom prison was like. He used his magical walking stick to leave once he knew.

"That is so unfair." Rita glared after him. "TOURIST!"
