Across from Cafe Fina, next to the TARDIS. Late Afternoon to Early Evening
The familiar sound of the TARDIS materializing would have been a curious sound for people to hear, since there already was a TARDIS sitting in its usual spot. But now, there was a second one. Which, admittedly, was not all that confusing compared to the line of nine that once occupied the length down this bit of Apocalypse Avenue.
When it finished landing, out stepped a man in a hat, coat and an enormously long multi-colored scarf. He'd changed out of the mostly maroon outfit that had been his usual garb of recent times into his more classic style, and given Adric strict instruction that he shouldn't step foot out of the TARDIS, on pain of getting his toes stomped on repeatedly by an angry Alpha Centaurian. Not that it would actually happen, but the Doctor just wanted to put a little fear in the, not to mince words, annoying prat.
He then pulled out a yo-yo and began simply sending it up and down. He was quite concentrated in his efforts, as if he was studying something.
[ooc: Two, count them, two TARDISes for the price of one. Or something. Open for interaction!]

"It sort of is," Rose said, knowledgably, "So, what's this bloke's story? And what's with the scarf?"

The costume people brought a trash bag of yarn to a woman who could knit and they said "Please knit us a scarf." Thinking she would pick a couple of colors and make a normal scarf... But she used the whole bag."He's one of the early models according to... himself... And I don't fucking know, maybe he's gor a really heat sensitive neck."
