The Park, Wednesday, Afternoon

Their mission: to keep Ranma distracted until the evening. The difficulty of this mission: was there any? Ranma was so dearly oblivious, it didn't seem like a very difficult thing to hide from him. Of course, to play it safe, the twins brought him off of school grounds. He, like them, was a lover of food and they could never be sure that the smell of chocolate might not leak down from the fourth floor and into their room or the common room.

//"It's so cold out! You think Mizu will be alright?"// Kaoru asked, wrapping his scarf around his face a little tighter. It wasn't even sunny out! Mizu, however, seemed less than affected by the cold and was prancing about, yipping at the clouds and trees and pretty much anything that moved.

//I should go visit Setsuna later too...// HE thinks offhandedly as he locates a stick and tosses it far for the little beagle to start lopping after.

Both glance at eachother with a bit of worry. //"Yes, later"// They had to find SOMETHING for Ranma to do before they headed back to the dorms... maybe there was something in town he wanted to do? //"Hey, Ranma. Feeling up to any coffee? Our treat."// Kaoru offered as Hikaru took the retrieved stick from Mizu and tossed it.

Both gawked at him. //"Are you serious?! It's only the greatest commoner invention in the world!"// They were going to need to take him to perk. STAT.

//Commoner invention?// Ranma took a small step back in retreat. What was that reaction? Mizu barks for attention. Someone needs to throw his stick again.

//"Never mind that,"// Hikaru waved his hand at him dismissively, //"We're going to go get coffee as soon as we get near The Perk."//

//Sure..// He bends and gives Mizu a good rub behind the ears.

//"Good!"// They grin and toss Mizu's stick nice and far for him. They'd definatly grown to like the cute puppy since he'd moved in.

It's hard to NOT love a beagle. Especially Mizu. He's a babbly beagle. HE hurries off to fetch it.
