After a week of handwavey drinking, missing self-confidence, and more drinking due to the loss of a woman, GOB sobered up in more than one way. That's why he had Tino hang up a banner.
Ladies Night!
All women over the age of 17
drink for half price!
Because why should he get drunk over a woman when he could get a bunch of women drunk? It was a foolproof plan and he was just the fool to prove it.

Aiden hasn't been out in a while. It's a Friday night, and she might as well make the most of the half price drinks while they're being supplied.

She slid onto a barstool, ready to unwind for the evening.

"Vodka martini," Aiden ordered with a grin. She can't help but be flattered by the complements.

"You have this kinda promotion often?" she asked. If the answer is yes, she really should come down here more.

"Not often enough," GOB said. "I'm thinking about making it a weekly event, though." Because he's a manslut. Tino brought Aiden's drink over and GOB smiled. "There you go."

"Might havet'a start showin' up for that one," Aiden said as she accepted her drink. "Not the kind of girl to complain at half-price anything."

"That's my favorite kind of girl," GOB said. Of course, half price in GOB's mind meant that he spent less on the stripper. He had enough class not to mention that out loud.

Barely. "You were in here for the last three minute date thing, weren't you?"

Tino brought over booze for the children's book and television icon her whiskey sour. "And here's your drink."

He wasn't going to risk calling Jane a lady.
