There seemed to be an awful lot of kids running around town today...but the twins didn't seem to remember there being any kids here ever before. Whatever. As long as non of them came in and messed things up, it was definatly not their issue.

The twins decided to play something a little more low key today, since they had a good amount of homework to do this weekend.

The twins stare back equally blankly. What the hell..? Why was there a....mini Eiri Yuki standing in front of them right now? Had he actually spawned since last time they saw him? Or had his illegitimate child come to visit finally?

Eiri waddled over and pulled hard on Kaoru's sleeve. //You.//

Kaoru blinked. //Who are you..?// He was really cute...and didn't seem at all as hostile as Yuki. Maybe this was just another blond Japanese kid..

//Eiri.// He stares up at him.

//Eiri.// They both repeated blankly. Well. Now they had a baby Yuki on their hands. And he was so cute and impressionable. Completly different from his normal self...or what they were no assuming as his normal self. They both had to wonder what made him so bitter, if he was so cute and quiet now.
Kaoru lifted the little thing into his arms, a little awkwardly but at least now they could see him at eye-level. //What are you doing over here, Eiri-kun?//

Kaoru smiles a little. At least he hadn't come to talk about their mother.

Hikaru rolls his eyes and takes out his phone. This seemed the perfect opportunity for some blackmail...
Kaoru laughs a little at the mood turn-around and pats little Eiri on the head, setting him back down on the ground. //Good kid. I bet there are some others over at the park.//

Little Eiri hugs to Kaoru's leg tightly. "'rigato nii-san.."

Click. Hikaru took a quick, soft picture of Yuki clung tightly to Kaoru's leg with his phone.

//No problem, Eiri.// Kaoru grinned. AWW! How cute! The famous author was going him big brother! Now that was a moment to document.

Eiri was about to leave when he spotted Rosette.

A very little, pigtailed Rosette came stopping into the shop, broken watch in hand, arms waving in a flurry, and a very exhauseted looking full-form demon Chrono in tow. "Where's John, where's John, where's John?" Rosette was crying excitedly as she hurried over to the counter and, standing on tip-toes, set it there. She pouted at it for a bit before looking up with wide-blue eyes to the twins. "I broked it. It needs fixing."

It only made sense, after all, to bring a broken watch to a repair shop. Too bad it was the kind of broken that required, y'know, alchemy, not mechanics.

Eiri peeks from behind the counter with a shy smile. "Rosette! Hewo!"

Rosette instantly brightened. "Yuuuuukiiiiiiiiiii! Hiiiii! What are you doing here? Did you broke something too?"

"Pawaying wif the twins."

"Is it fun?" Rosette asked. "Can I play too?" She turned, looking up at Chrono, pulling on his shorts a little. "Can I play, Chrono, can I? I don't want to go back to the stupid boring church. An' maybe if they can fix the watch...?"

Chrono grunted a little. "For a little bit, maybe..."

"Yeah you can play." He grabs her sleeve and stares at the purple haired demon.

The purple hair demon stared back.

Rosette glomped Yuki in a hug; he was so cute. He had such nice hair. "Yay!"

"Oh, an' Yuki, some whiny kid was looking for you earlier. I told him you didn't want to play with him 'cause he was whiny an' then I beat him up for you."

"I'm Eiri. And that was Shu-kun!" He sniffles. "You shouldn't hurt him Rosette..."

"He started it!" Rosette insisted, although he really didn't. Yuki didn't need to know that, though. She pouted. "He said I wasn't a lady."

Little Eiri sobbed. "But you shouldn't hurt him..."

Oh, great. Rosette sighed. "Don't you start getting all whiny on me, now, too, Yuki. No one likes a whiner! Stop it!"

"I'm Eiri!" He wails. And goes to hide behind Chrono. Rosette is being mean...

Rosette crossed her arms over her chest with a huff. "No, you're a baby. A little whiny baby. Baby, baby, baby. I don't like playing with babies, so buck up and let's have some fun."

Little Eiri sniffled and peeked from behind Chrono. "O-okay..."

Rosette smiled sweetly at him and came over to pat him on the head. "There we go. You'll be a big boy, right, Eiri?" Maybe calling him Eiri instead of Yuki would help.

"John's not here right now." Kaoru leaned on the counter to look at the watch. Even if he was here, he probably couldn't fix this thing...

Rosette pouted. She may have stamped her foot a little. "I wanna talk to John! Where's John? I want him to play hide'n'seek, or cowboys with me."

"He said John's not here. He's probably sleeping or something." Hikaru wasn't about to be tolerant with a fussy kid. He just kinda stared at from the other side of the counter.

Rosette drew in a sharp breath, rolling up her sleeves. "Is he sleeping in the back room again? He does that a lot, 'cause he's a lazy bones. So if he's sleeping, I'm jus' gonna go right back there an' wake him up..."

She started stomping toward the back room but Chrono reached down, grabbed the back of her pinafore and held her back. Despite that fact that she wasn't making any progress, she still marched, although quicker, as though it would help her escape. "Chrono! Lemme go! I gotta go wake up John."

"You don't have to wake up John, Rosette. I told you they weren't going to be able to fix the watch here, so let's just leave the nice boys be, okay?"

"Noooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!" She squirmed.

The twins sighed at the screaming girl. This was exactly why they didn't baby sit...or why they were thankful their parents decided that two children was the limit.

Chrono lifted Rosette up by the pinafore; she squirmed and kicked and shouted futily in the air. "Sorry about this, boys," he told them apologeticly, taking the watch from the counter. "We'll be on our way now."

"CHRONOOOOOO!! LEMME DOWWWWWN!"

"I'll let you down when you stop being such a brat."

"I AM NOT A BRAT!!"

At which point she'd managed to squirm enough to bite his arm. The sudden pain made Chrono drop Rosette, but she was quick to her feet and she darted out the door.

"Aw, hell....Rosette!" Chrono darted after her, struggling a little with his wings through the door.

Shuichi ran in sometime after both Rosette and Yuki had left the shop, panting a little from his running around. He ran up to the counter, hopping until he got a good hold on the ledge, and peered over the counter at the twins. "IS HE HERE?!"

This one was actually kind of frightening. He'd run in so fast! And was clinging to the counter like some creepy spider! "Who?"

Shuichi smacked his hand on the counter once before falling down, hopping with his arms up in the air to try and continue his explanation, "Eiri-kun!! Yuki-kun!! Where is he?!"

They stared at the little hopping Japanese boy. Was he one of Yuki's fellow teachers or something..? //Yuki-kun left a little while ago.// Hikaru sighed in exasperation.

John stumbled up to the front of the shop wearing his tux pants and an undershirt. "Ow. Who turned the sun up so high?"

"Sorry, the dimmer was broken." They smirked a little at his appearance.

"Well, fix it, dammit. You're the experts." He yawned. "Anything happening today?"

"Huh. Who brings kids here?"
