Braca's getting a little annoyed this his monthly issues of Guns and Ammo hasn't arrived in the mail yet. Actually, he's annoyed that he hasn't gotten any of his mail in almost a week. The bills he can do without but he's quite fond of the circulars with all the valuable advertisements in them.

Thus, Braca is there but unhappy.
