The Preserve, Sunday afternoon
The Preserve mer-people were getting antsy. They were tired of fighting with each other. They wanted to fight people! People in those buildings over there! They walked on land, how stupid could you be? Pretty stupid, it seemed.
That's why the mer-people loaded up catapults and started to launch fish towards the dorms and school. People would come out to investigate the fish, and then? FIGHT!
[OOC: I apologize for the lame excuse to draw people out to fight. The important thing is that there's a fighty post. FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!]

"What the holy crap?" She looked down at her feet where it landed. "Ew. This is just not right."
Turning towards her open window once more, she leaned out, raised her fist into the air, and shouted, "You sick creatures! You are throwing at us your own kind! Sick, that is sick I tell you!" She leaned down, picked up the dead fish, and tossed it out her window. "This could have been your great-aunt! Your great-uncle! Your three times removed cousin that was married to your brothers son! Sick I tell you! If you don't stop, I will pollute your waters! Shut up! Yes I will!"

He didn't open the window to avoid getting fish in his room but he did make his way outside into the flood and said, "Stop it!"

There was some pounding and hammering and cackling.
When John's window was next thrown open, it has a small addition. (http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:zP2dX-c3kDcloM:http://www.johnvey.com/images/2001-07-30/600px/20010730b-10.jpg)
