James T Kirk Memorial Causeway, Sunday morning
This, Giles decided as he stepped across the causeway, was about as far away from Sunnydale as he could get without actually leaving the country. Which, in spite of everything he wasn't quite ready to do yet.
In his pocket he had the address of the building he'd had his real estate agent lease for the shop, as well as a list of possible places to live. He decided before checking out either, he was going to wander the town a little, get a feel for the place and the people living here.
So far it seemed a quaint little town, but he was going to memorise the locations of any cemetaries just in case.
[OOC: Giles has arrived. :) Open as he wanders the streets looking for potential Hellmouths]

She smiled and nodded a greeting at the man she didn't recognise. How easy it was to distinguish that nod, considering the layers she was wearing, she wasn't really sure.

"Think you'll do yourself pretty well in a place like this," she continued. "I got a PI office. Up on Apocalypse too."

He stopped and grinned under the mask. "You must be new in town."

"Good. Because I think of myself as a social guy and I've never seen you before, so that would make me all out of sorts." He put out his hand. "Deadpool."
