Everyone's still celebrating the Equinox!
Cupcakes still available!

Because Rosette? Had made a lot more cupcakes than she thought and even she couldn't finish them all off.

That didn't mean she hadn't tried.

...Rosette wasn't feeling too well this morning.

John tried to sneak around to steal cupcakes.

Sneaking around to steal cupcakes was pretty easy. Because Chrono didn't care and Rosette was too busy sprawling out in a pew and thinking of hurling pastel coloured chunks on the floor as she stared at the cieling. That looked like it was kind of spinny. Which didn't help.

John stole a cupcake. Two, actually, and managed to spy the nun in a pew, and decided to sneak up behind her.

Rosette continues to just lay there dead-like. Chrono's keeping an eye on John, though. If he smushes that cupcake in her face....

John's in the pew behind her.... and throwing sprinkles over the top. One. At. A. Time.

Chrono facepalmed. Humans were so weird.

With a groan, Rosette waved a hand over her face as if to brush the sprinkles off, but it wasn't working. "Chrono, stooooooop," she whined. "Not cool. G'way."

John grunted like a short purple-haired thing and mumbled something whiny in a close (to him) approximation of Chrono.

Thankfully, Rosette was too out of it to really notice that it sounded nothing like Chrono at all. "Seriously, go away. I'll punch you in the face. Right. In. The. Face." She lifted her arms enough to punch her fist into her palm. "Bam."

John mumbled something about that John guy. Disparagingly.

"Yeah, yeah, I know; go away."

John mumbled Chrono-ically about John being an ass.

"Chroo~no~oooo," Rosette whined. "Do we have to go through this agai~ain?"

John might notice a rather annoyed looking demon suddenly beside him. "I sound nothing like that, John."

Two Chronos? Rosette cracked open an eye. Then blinked both of them. "Dwah?"

She was confused now.

"You totally do. Had the mumble down perfectly."

"I do not sound like that," Chrono mumbled. "Only reason it worked was 'cause Rosette's barely with it. Right, Rosette?"

"....Huh?"

"You okay?" He pokes her.

The poke brought out a groan. "Too many cupcaaaaakes...Blarrrrg."

"Pepto?" poor thing. He leans ove rto kiss her forehead.

Awww. This kiss on the forehead helped make Rosette forget the fact that, apparantly, John was speaking in tongues. She smiled up at him a bit. "Hey, Dickweed." And stuck her tongue out a him.

"I was going to make you feel better, but not any moo~oooore." Tonguestickout.

"Yeah, yeah, you'd probably punch me in the stomach to induce vomitting. That's make me feel real better..."

Rosette groaned a little, hand on stomach. "Why did I eat so many, John? Whyyyy?"

"They werrrreee," Rosette moaned and closed her eyes. "Too tasty..."

"Well, now you know not to eat a whole dozen at once." he patted her on the forehead.

"Yeah," Rosette said quietly, closing her eyes and smiling a little for the pat. And then snerk a little before she could manage to say, "Thanks, Dickweed."

What? Calling him that did make her feel better...

Rosette stuck her tongue out at him and smirked.

John made the wavey finger "She's Crazy!" sign to Chrono.

Chrono rolled his eyes and waited for John to tell him something he didn't know.

"Hey!" Rosette lifted a finger. "No talking about me with hand gestures and expression while I'm sick and my eyes are closed. I can feel your unspoken words."

John made moose antlers at her and stuck out his tongue.

Rosette cracked open an eye to glare at him a little.

John continued, because he had no shame like that. "Other'n warmed over death, how do you feel?"

"Other than that?" Rosette asked. "Great. Unfortunately, the warmed over death is kind of prevailing right now." She paused for a moment as if debating whether to say what she wanted to say next. "...The company helps."

"That's good to hear. If it wasn't helping, I'd just have to leave." He throws another sprinkle at her cleavage.

Her nose wrinkled and she chuckled lightly, trying to keep it controled enough so that it didn't hurt her stomach, but no such luck. She let out a little miserable groan as she said, "Sto~op it, John..."

And then her expression changed a bit, and she smirked. "Unless you plan on coming down here and getting those sprinkles yourself, but we're in a church right now, so, no."

"I would be honored to get your boob sprinkles," he snickered quietly so Chrono wouldn't hear. "WHen are you de-churched so I can claim my prize?" He throws a few more for good measure.

Nose wrinkling, Rosette picked off one sprinkle from her chest and tossed it at John. "Not until at least tomorrow. It's ANTM night!"

She really hoped she was feeling better later. She can't miss ANTM!

"Fiiine. If you're busy tonight, I guess I'll just go back to the dorms for the night. See what's going on there."

Rosette frowned, and her hand went up on the back of the pew to find his hand. "I'm sorry..." she offered. It wasn't as if she would be up to much tonight anyway, with how she was feeling, but John sure was getting a lot of use outta that guilt knife lately.

"Nah, if you've already made plans, go for it. I've got a party at the dorms to go to anyways and I'm already pinged in so I'll pester you later. Deal?" Grin.

"Sweet." Totally didn't notice Rosette cringing at that word as her internal butterflies tried to come out in a technicolor yawn. "I'll pester you later," he said with a spring in his step.

"Kayyy," Rosette said, closing her eyes again and thinking maybe a nap would be a good idea anyway.
