After a lively wrestling match with Jamie's sock puppets, Walter made it down to the restaurant.

The big Texas flag rather surprised him, and after being informed that it was the result of a staff's choice theme, he thought it only fair that he have a choice today.

Thus the Union Flag that replaced the Lone Star State's standard and the specials board that read:

U.K. Food Challenge! Black pudding! Haggis! Steak and kidney pie!

Anyone who ordered from the blood and entrails menu would eat free today.

Right. Being woken by a sock gnawing on his foot apparently had put his mood a bit askew.
