Fandom Post Office: Thursday 4/5

Katara made sure to get up extra early this morning so she didn't have to know if Chad was tied to the bed again or not.

That, however, resulted in her getting to the post office really early and finishing all the sorting and cleaning and organising almost before the post office opened.

So the day found her leaning against the counter and trying to improve her reading using a magazine she'd found.  ...now if she could just get past her blushing at the pictures and focus on the words everything would be okay.

The one thing about being turned into a dog? You tend to get dog instincts.

Jamie had done a good job at resisting them so far but after four days he finally succumbed to those urges.

And his first instinct is to protect his territory from the forces of evil.

Which is why there is a horde of chihuahua stealthily entering the post office and taking strategic positions throughout the building.

And suddenly and only with a yip of warning the Jamhuahuas strike!

Letters fly everywhere as the horde of chihuahuas jump about the room yipping at anything that might be in their path.

//No! No more will us four leggeds ever allow you to interfere in our territory! Down with the postal service! Up with Canines!// The Jamhuahua yipped. //You can take away our Walkies but you can never take away our freedom!//

The Jamhuahuas began slipping around and bumping into each other.

//No! We will not be disciplined! Bad Human! No biscuit!// they all yipped as they tried to scamper towards Katara.

What followed were hysterical yips as the water hit the Jamhuahuas and frantic scampering and slipping as they bolted for the door.

//You may have won this round mail carrier but you have not seen the last of us!// Jamie yipped as they dashed out of the post office.

After his trip to the Salle, Teddy went down to the post office. Katara worked there, right? He needed to stop in and say hello.

"Hey Katara."

Teddy smiled at her. "Nothing stamped," He replied, looking at her magazine. "What are you reading?"

That blush was too cute. He leaned forward to get a look at it, and if that move happened to bring him closer to Katara, it was a sheer coincidence.

"Doesn't look like nothing," He teased.

"You sure? I don't think nothing would cause you to blush so much." He peeked over the counter to get a look at the magazine she was trying to hide.

Teddy tilted his head to watch the bending down and smirked as she showed it to him. "Looking up ways to keep a man satisfied?"

"Sure," He replied, leaning against the counter. "Because I'm sure I could help you with the pleasing a man part."

And why yes, that was in fact a little bit of a leer.

"Never been better," He replied, leaning in to kiss her.

Teddy chuckled and moved around the counter to get closer to Katara. "I'm sorry, have you not been kissed before?"

"Don't make me laugh," Teddy replied, grinning. "As if I would ever be attracted to a guy when there are so many beautiful women around." He raked his eyes up and down Katara's body as he spoke.

Ugh, cold water. Teddy shivered but continued on. Looked like someone wanted to play hard to get.

"A lot of work to get me to take my clothes off Katara, all you had to do was ask," He said, stripping off his shirt.

Not expecting that, Teddy flew back and hit the wall. Ow. Okay, so maybe not playing hard to get.

"Is that a no?"

Geeze. Cocktease much?

Teddy gave her a disgruntled look before stepping forward to grab his shirt. "What's your problem?"

Re: Katara

[identity profile] notthehulk.livejournal.com 2007-04-05 06:59 pm (UTC)(link)
He picked up his shirt and rang out the water. "I don't have a problem. You're just frigid."

Teddy rolled his eyes and turned to go find girls that weren't so bitchy.

"Whatever."

While Katara was dealing with one part of the horde of Jamhuahua, the other's were now humping Gladys's leg.

Which yes, is wrong beyond words.

//We want no biscuits! Only freedom from your tyranny!// The jamhuahuas yipped.
