Something (Turtle suspected Apu but Apu said it was a Gremlin and SquishyBot was remaining mute on the subject) had messed up something in the register computer so that it had recorded the inventory wrong and figured that they sold a heck of a lot of paper clips at Turtle & Canary. Five mega-huge crates had been sent, which was enough to last them the whole, you know, next millennium, probably, unless there was suddenly an attack of things that could only be defeated by paper clips. Which, though possible, Turtle considered unlikely. They weren't even the fun colorful ones, but just boring silver.

Turtle was in the back sorting the problem out so it didn't happen again, banging her head on occasion, especially when she had that creeping suspicion that something had gone awry and, next week, five mega-huge crates of bobby pins would be arriving.

Turtle can be pulled out of the backroom if needed for something, but unless it's between 2 and 4 EST, it'll have to SP like whoa. :) ]]
