Peter was having a healthy lunch of a donut and a coffee while using his laptop to type an email to his brother.

No way am I coming home this summer. I'm learning too much about my powers WHICH WE DO HAVE SO STOP MAKING THAT FACE AT ME.

Also for some reason I feel like I'm going to get molested by a lot of people today.

Peter sipped his coffee and pondered what else to write.

Just coming from the clinic, Annette stopped off at J,GOB for a cup of tea and a bran muffin. It was lunch and it would do. Besides, she wasn't all that particularly hungry.

With her messenger bag slung over her shoulder, she spotted Peter on her way to a nice, quiet table near an open window.

Peter smiled up at her. "Hey, Annette. How's it going?"

Possessed of a sudden urge for doughnuts, and because it might possibly be the only currently safe place on the island for him, Seely wandered into J,GOBs. "Hey, Steve."

"Seely, hey," Peter said, nodding a hello. "How's it going?"

"Can't complain too much," Seely replied. "What about you? You go tiny during the weekend?"

Cassie wandered into J,GOB, hoping she wouldn't find Nadia there. She was very pleasantly surprised when Peter was there, instead.

"Oh, hi Peter," she said.

"Not bad," she said. "I kinda was a bit of a brat over the weekend, but otherwise I'm doing okay."

Sam wasn't used to having Tuesdays away from the library, so he was using his new free time for necessary molestation to wander around town. The smells coming from the bakery were too good to ignore, so he went in, and grinned when he spotted Peter.

"Hey!" he said. "How's it going?"

"Not bad," Peter said ready to molest Sam in return. "You?"

"I'm okay. Kind of missing classes already, but that's because I'm weird," he said. "How was your...uh, weekend?" he asked, trying to sound casual about the inquiry.

Muffins totally counted as a healthy lunch, right? Let's just ignore the fact that it's a chocolate muffin. With chocolate chips. Yeah.

"Hey, Peter," Bridge gives him a friendly wave with the hand not holding the muffin.

Dean stopped in to grab coffee and a pastry on his way back to the dorms from picking up things to get ready for Sammy's birthday tomorrow.

"Hey, Peter," he said, spotting the other boy. "How's it going?"

"Pretty good. Busy though. It's Sammy's birthday tomorrow so I'm trying to get ready for that."

Sam was there to get a vat cup of coffee before she headed back to the garage. "Hey, Peter. I haven't seen you in a while."

"Hey Sam!" Peter said, with a big smile for his big sis. "How's it going? Can I get you a coffee or something?"

Alanna glanced around J,GOB and after establishing that Aly wasn't in, came inside. "Moron number four!" Faithful cheerfully called out while Alanna pretended she didnt know the cat she was holding.
