No, that hadn't occurred to him.

"This be Barbossa!" he announced over the airwaves, "'n I be here t' play yer requests 'n mock yer love lives. Or answer yer questions. I be not that picky. The phone lines be open--be botherin' me!"

He turned on some Guns 'n Roses--Barbossa loved him some hair bands--and waited for the phone to ring.
