In an effort to at least do something with the stupid Spam cans before they took over the dumpster, Yitzhak had pliers and tinsnips out, and was attempting to turn them into replicas of famous beauty pageant crowns.

No, they still hadn't made satisfactory inroads into the Spam supply. Yes, this meant the diner specials board today would be following the same trend as the previous two. No, the kitchen staff wasn't happy about this. Yes, the busboy was making plans to get out of town.
