The Park, Tuesday Afternoon [after workshops]

Adam had been handwavily hanging out in his room just about all morning and finally decided he needed some fresh air.

He was now kicking his soccerball around in the park. He wouldn't mind starting up a game, if anyone wanted to play.

Eve had been trying to be a good girl and clean her side of the room she shared with Abigail, but she'd never been very good at doing stuff she was supposed to do. So she figured ah, what the hell, brave the weather and head outside. And so she went to the park.

She really hadn't expected to see Adam, though, and so the first words out of her mouth were "I swear to God I'm not stalking you!"

Adam noticed Eve and couldn't help but laugh at what she said. "I believe you." He nodded, continuing to laugh.

"But even so, it's nice seeing you again." Her smile was almost shy, rather a rarity for her.

"It's nice to see you, too." Adam smiled back. He was happy to see her, there was no doubt about that. "How are things?"

"Eh." She shrugged. "They're okay. School's... well, it's school. What do you expect, reall?" She smiled faintly.

"Good point." Adam couldn't help but smile at that.

Aww, she liked making him smile. "Because hey, if school was enjoyable and fun all the time, then it wouldn't be school, y'know?"

"Another good point." Adam nodded, grinning. "And what would we have to look forward to if the source of all our fun was school?"
