The Devil's Nest, Monday Night
There were yet more children in town now. How utterly thrilling.
Lucifer took his place behind the bar, a glass of wine next to him as he read a book. What? He owned the place, it wasn't as if he wouldn't notice any customers should they happen upon the club.

The Bar
Re: The Bar
A drink and possibly a dance with the devil.
Dressed casually, he slipped through the door and headed for the bar, that rare, soft smile on his face.
"Good evening."

"Thank you," he said softly.
Then, rather than pushing on with conversation, he fell silent for a bit, eyes fixed on a point behind the bar but gaze obviously turned inwards. As time slowly unwound, perhaps it became obvious that for the moment, he was simply using the comfort of Lucifer's pressence as an anchor, while riding the tumultuous waves of some inner conflict.

At one point his gaze came up to Lucifer's face and held there for almost fifteen minutes before he finally nodded and pushed the wine glass away.
"Dance?"

He stood up, leaned over the bar, grabbed a random bottle, and headed off to the lounge.
Re: The Bar
Here, there was no crappy music.
"Booze me," he ordered.
Re: The Bar
Lucifer poured him a glass of rum, not bothering to confirm if he wanted it or not.
Re: The Bar
Squall nursed the rum, not bothering to care what kind of alcohol it was.

The Dance Floor
Re: The Dance Floor
Though the music did not invite traditional dance steps, Wilson still turned towards Lucifer with the same lightness in the balls of his feet that he'd shown on the grass at the B&B. There was a fire in his eyes, as he began to move around the Lightbringer, never loosing touch with the angel, his steps aggressive but not charged with the bravado of useful challenge.
More, it was an invitation of sorts, to Lucifer to perhaps reach out and explore those boundries the Advesary had pondered during the heat of their first coupling.
Re: The Dance Floor
"An interesting choice of music," He said, leaning to whisper in Wilson's ear.
Re: The Dance Floor
Carefully placing his feet, he continued to move in time with the music, simply letting his body become an extension of the beats and measures as he looked up into gold eyes.
"Something to make the next waltz all the sweeter," he whispered against Lucifer's jaw, knowing the Lightbringer could hear him, even over the heavy bass line of the music playing for their pleasure.
Re: The Dance Floor
He did it just to annoy his partner.
Wilson had an interesting tendency to keep this dance something he looked forward to. Such a clever human.
Re: The Dance Floor
It was a challenge to himself and a strange sort of promise to Lucifer as these nights were something important to him.
As for the Lightbringer's ability to keep himself completely unruffled, unlike a certain mortal doctor, well ... Wilson was all right with this. It simply gave him incentive to rumple the Advesary later.
