Our Lady of Fandom, Thursday all day

The church was a mess. Gabriel had tried not to concern himself with this, but it was getting on his nerves now. Dust gathered in the corners and the pews were beginning to serve as storage for old donut boxes, half-filled cups of coffee, books and used teabags. He stared at the mess, hoping it would go away.
