Trooper Station: All Day
Dale was at his desk attempting to get some details taken care of for the Policeman's ball tomorrow, but unfortunately he seemed to be able to stop laughing.
And while this caused some minor concern with Ralph and his fellow troopers, they mostly assumed Dale had overdone it with the doughnuts and coffee.

"Sounds like you're having fun in here," he remarked as he knocked on the door frame.

Then he slammed his hand against the desk in frustration which caused him to laugh even harder.

Which led into gale of laughter.
In which Dale started writing on a tablet of paper on his desk finally managing to write:
Umbridge - Spell?
He circled the word spell several times while laughing so hard it sound like he was going insane.

"She used magic on you to keep you laughing?" he asked, still not comfortable with the whole magic concept. "Does she treat all her staff like this?"

Then he managed to write out the word "Students" and underlined it twice.

"She uses magic on the students?" he asked, wanting to make sure he was getting this right.

He wrote "Dean W" and then drew an arrow to the word "Wolf". He then wrote "Possibly Others?" before falling off the chair because he was laughing so hard.

"You alright?" he asked. "Perhaps we should get you to the clinic."

He gave Roy a pleading look and pointed at one of the troopers. He had been hanging around them enough to pick up on what their weapons can do.
"Stun," he managed to get out between some guffaws. "Please."
no subject
"Sir?" the trooper asked, obviously confused at the order.
"Do it," Roy barked, not in the mood to be doubted.
