The Perk, Thursday evening
D'Argo was contemplating a coffee. This was good for no one involved. ...Which was mainly him, right.
This town was quiet, but that wasn't a bad thing. No one from any government was keeping a close eye on him that he knew of, and that was a definite plus. He still wanted to get back, but until he found a way, this wasn't bad for a little break.
And it gave him a chance to do things he hadn't been able to do when he was on Earth before. Like try real coffee. Crichton had gone on about it, and there had been some at the house, but after seeing D'Argo's reaction to that sludge he'd advised him not to drink coffee made by anyone who'd never seen a coffee maker before, and called it rule of the universe number 18 or something inane like that.
D'Argo lifted the paper cup to take a sip, and upon first try almost spit it out, making a hissing noise as he did so. Then, considering the taste, decided it wasn't too horrible, and tried it again.
[Open like an open thing.]

He made his way over to place his order, which was going to be in the largest size he could get.

Granted, he'd seen his fair share of monsters and aliens, but it was still a bit of a surprise to see someone who was clearly not human drinking coffee.
Not wanting to seem rude, Adam managed a small smile and waved slightly. Ooh! His order was up! And it was a pretty big coffee at that.

Then again, this was Fandom and anything was possible.

He was joking. He was pretty sure he could take the kid.

For now. He had his limits.

And there was a rather large rather burly gentleman(?) that did not seem to be familiar to the poor wee doc.

unwilling to pass up this opportunityhad decided that maybe going out in public wasn't going to kill him. He could always flee back to the dorms if necessary. And one of those frozen coffee things sounded good right about now.Of course, once he got inside the Perk thoughts of coffee were abandoned in favor of just staring. And perhaps staring a little more.

For all D'Argo knew, this was supposed to be one of the days he was pissed off at Stark for something. But right now, he was a familiar face and that was good enough.

"Of course I'm Stark," he said finally. "Are you really you?" That was a totally valid question in Fandom.

Stark was now trying very, very hard not to fall into a fit of emo again.

Way to focus, D'Argo.
"I mean... So you're not you."

"I'm still me, I just might be a different me." He paused, trying to think how to explain that. Being in Fandom so long had made these things seem normal even when he knew they weren't.
"The last time I saw you, or whichever you it was I saw, was right before Talyn left Moya. After Crichton got twinned. Then I left Talyn and then I was here."
After a pause, he added, "yes, Chiana was here. And so was...nevermind. Time for that later."

"How long of a while? And what old woman? And you want to go back? I don't want to go back."

And added, "It was Crichton's fault anyway."

"It was always Crichton's fault, wasn't it?"

"It's good to see you again, D'Argo. To see anyone familiar."
[K. I should too.]
