Photo Hut, Wednesday, 8/22

Johnny was tired and cranky when he came into work today. Umbridge was totally upsetting him and he was seriously considering torching her office. Or her. Whichever he saw first. Maybe just her hair. And her pink outfit. Oh, but then naked Umbridge. Ewww.

Picking up a camera, he started taking pictures of himself, you know, to get that icky image out of his head. Not because he thought he was sexy or anything like that. Come on.

Photo Hut is open.

Savannah came in with coffee and stood by the door watching him.

Feeling eyes on him, Johnny looked up and smiled seeing Savannah standing there by the door. "Hey you."

She smiled and came closer. "Hey you. I brought you caffeine."

"I was expecting you," he said with a wry grin. "And I thank you very much." Johnny looked her over and quirked a brow. "How are you feeling?"

"I'm that predicatble, huh?" She teased. "I'm feeling okay... a little stiff and sore, but nothing that me hexing her ass won't cure."

"You are, sweetheart," he replied, crooking his finger at her so she would walk over to him. "I think you need to just settle down and lay low for a while; spend some quality time with me."

Savannah moved over to him. "Oh you do?" She was smiling at him as she handed him his coffee.

He accepted the coffee and leaned over to kiss her softly. "I do. I require lots and lots of attention. Did I forget to mention that last night?"

Savannah kissed him back. "You might have neglected to mention that last night, yes."

"I imagine there are quite a few things I neglected to mention last night," Johnny said, looking at her. "I was wondering, Savannah about this whole roommate situation. Do you still want me in your room?"

"To be fair, you had rather a lot of other concerns on your mind." She looked at him. "I've liked having you there, Johnny. But, if you being there now would be too much for you... I'd understand, really."

She wasn't sure how he felt about his girlfriend being his roommate, too.

"You were my only concern," his main one anyways. "And I enjoy staying with you... but you are my girlfriend now and as such, well, I might be inclined to look at you more, to want to touch you more... I guess what I want to know is the line I'm not to cross because the last thing I want to do is upset you or make you think I'm being pushy."

The fact that he was telling her this made her melt a little more. She took his hands in hers and smiled up at him.

"First of all, I'm sorry that I gave you reason to be worried last night. I'm usually better at hiding when I'm hurt... but for some reason, I just didn't feel like I needed to hide that from you." She met his eyes. "I don't want you to walk on eggshells around me, Johnny. I've never had a boyfriend before... and my only roommate was Cordelia for a day before she left." She shook her head. "Have I ever not said exactly what I was thinking... okay, don't answer that. My point is, I want you to be comfortable around me, too. I don't mind if you look at me more or want to hold me more. If you get pushy, I'll tell you."

She bit her lip. "I guess what I'm trying to say is that I do like having you there... but if living with your girlfriend is too much and you need to have guy space, too, I totally get that."

Johnny's thumbs caressed over the backs of her hands and his eyes were intent upon her features, holding her gaze while she spoke to him, opening up.

"I'll probably always worry about you Savannah if there is something here at Fandom that I know can hurt you. Worrying about you and caring for you goes hand in hand." He said, his eyes on hers. "I trust you to tell me if I go to far but god, please don't hold it against me. You're beautiful... and you're mine. I'm gonna want to show you how I feel."

Looking down at their combined hands for a moment, he nodded, "I can have my guy space, sweetheart, and still live with you too. I've got to warn you, which I think you know by now, I'm kind of a messy person." Johnny didn't much pick up after himself. His clothes were kind of strewn around here and there.

"Just remember that I'm going to worry about you, too, Johnny -- even if you are indestructable. That's just how I am." She shook her head. "I won't hold it against you... and there will be times that I may go too far and you have to tell me, too."

She smiled.

"If your stuff gets too in my way, I'll just put it in the extra closet or under the other bed and leave you to figure out where everything went."

He nodded and grinned devilishly. "You can never go too far with me, baby."

Then he gave her a mock pout. "You mean you won't wash my socks?"

Savanah laughed at him. "Sorry, no. You still have to do your own laundry."

"Maaan, you're no fun," he teased and leaned forward, kissing her again. "I thought there were supposed to be perks to this girlfriend thing?"

She grinned at him. "There are plenty of perks. One of them being my mom won't hurt you." She kissed him.

"Your mother doesn't bother me," yes she did. "It's not like we have to go hang out with her though or anything, right?"

Savannah shook her head. "No. But you know she and I are close and she's going to be ~~nosy~~ interested in us and me being happy." She leaned against him. "Lots of stuff for you and I to talk about, but not all at once."

Yeah, like why she freaked out when the clinic got mentioned.

"I'll keep you happy," he grinned and moved his hand down her back. "You can count on that." Johnny winked at her and added, "Talking can be so overrated." He bent his head and kissed her again.

And yes, he would definitely find out about the clinic deal.

Savannah tilted her face up to kiss him back. She hugged him close as she did so.
