Mary wasn't at the front desk today. Nearly everyone in housekeeping called in sick. Supposedly the flu was going around, but Mary also heard rumors about the head of housekeeping throwing a wild party. Either way, Mary was stuck washing what felt like a million loads of sheets and towels before heading to actually clean the rooms that her few remaining maids didn't get to.

Gunther was cooking up a feast in the kitchen. Anything to get out of having to scrub toilets in guest rooms.
