Bluth's Original Banana Stand, Tuesday, 9/25

George Michael was at work and he was busily hanging up fresh bananas. There was also a new shipment of chocolate that needed to be opened, and he also ordered some pecans. Nothing like a little variety, eh?

Joanna had decided to come visit her yacht. On the way, she noticed the funny little stand and decided to investigate. She just stood there, looking at the menu board and frowning.

"What exactly are you selling here? Is it ice cream? It's all very... yellow." She waved her hands about in mild disgust.

"You sell bananas. And people buy them." These weren't questions, just statements that Joanna was having a hard time believing.

"And if I wanted a Giddy-girly, what would that entail?" She stared hard at George Michael, as though daring him to say something lame.

Joanna glanced about, making sure no one else was around and then leaned in towards the boy. "Double dipped and double the nuts," she said quickly.

She reached into her cleavage and pulled out a tightly rolled wad of $100 bills.

Joanna peeled of one of the bills and slid it across the counter. "I like my bananas large and not overly-ripe."

She looked George Michael over and raised an eyebrow. "How old are you?" She was guessing fourteen, fifteen maybe.

Joanna took a bite of her banana and closed her eyes in delight. "That is excellent chocolate," she remarked.

Then she noticed George Michael not giving her change. "If this is a hundred dollar banana, it had better come with something more than extra nuts." She put down her banana, placed both hands on the counter, and leaned in towards the boy. "Are you in need of some extra money?"

Joanna pulled off two more hundred dollar bills and fanned herself with them. It was a warm day. "And tell me, George Michael, what are you willing to do for a few extra dollars? How big of a banana might I be able to buy?"

Joanna paid more for that Barnett guy who taught the relationship classes at the school, but this one was young, which probably meant he was trainable.

She slid the cash over the counter and leaned down to take another bite of her banana, managing to get a little bit of chocolate on her chin.

"So, when might I be able to experience this big banana?"

"So you're a delivery boy as well as Mr. Manager. Excellent."

Joanna stood upright and flattened out the front of her nearly skin-tight top. "I live at 23 Griffin Way. It's not hard to find as it's huge. I'll be there tomorrow evening if you're free to... deliver."

Joanna began to walk away, banana in hand. Over her shoulder she called out, "And make sure to bring the chocolate."

Unpacking is the devil. Throw a nice quilt over the boxes and new end table!
