Devil's Nest, Saturday Evening
One of the problems with amnesia was that you couldn't remember where the restaurants were. Kabuto and Ino had decided to go out to eat, so they'd headed out to town. Kabuto let his instinct take over, figuring there was probably a place in town he visited often. Usually if you went somewhere often enough, your body remembered the path.
He stopped outside the Devil's Nest, looking up at it. "This doesn't look much like a restaurant," he said, frowning slightly. "Should we check it out anyway?" Trying the door, he found it unlocked, and headed inside with Ino.
(Devil's Nest 'broken into' with permission, but not exactly open...though the door is unlocked, so it is technically open in a way.)

"I guess there really is nobody home," he admitted, frowning slightly. "Oh well. We can try somewhere else?"

See? If he did work here then that made it almost legal what they were doing. Ino approved.

She squeaked a little when he pulled her into his lap and in retaliation wrapped her arms around his neck and tangled her hands in his soft hair.
Mmmm.
