Turtle & Canary; Thursday [ 10/04 ]
Turtle knew it was going to just be one of those days when halfway to the Squishy machine, she was suddenly a lot close to the floor, with a shell on her back, crawling out from the clipboard she was previously holding. And then, by the time she'd reached the counter like that (which took a while, being a turtle), she suddenly jolted back up into her normal self. Being the clever girl she was, she was currently sitting on the counter, waiting for it to happen again, as it had been happening all morning. This way, when she turned into a turtle, people would see her. And hopefully figure it out.
"If you," Turtle said, looking sharply over at Apu, "start turning into a Canary, that's it. I'm leaving."
