Our Lady of Fandom, Wednesday all day

After his experiment with heating the church with candles this weekend, the floors and pews were covered by patches of candle wax. Gabriel had also run out of both candles and donuts. He was cold. This was not a good day.

Two men wearing fur coats were rowing a canoe down the street outside of the church.

"Alouette, je te plumerai!"

Gabriel looked out through the door, wondering what the horrible singing in French was about. He hurled a donut box after the canoe. "Shut up, you monkeys!"

Sadly, they only waved and sang louder.

Good thing they were rowing away.
