Wonders of the World, Wednesday Afternoon

Wonders of the World was not open for business today. But Joanna was there, returning her Go Kart after this morning's failed attempt to leave the island.

She was not happy, but that wasn't exactly anything new.

[ooc: for one angry sheriff and SP is love!]

Roy had tried the house. Several times and he'd been close to just breaking and entering when he noticed the movement at the golf course and made his way over.

"Miss Stayton," he greeted, though it was anything but friendly and it was a tone that would have made his shoulders very worried.

"Yes, you are," he agreed, stepping closer and completely ignoring the scowl. "It seems that you don't understand the implications of quarantine after all."

"No?" he tilted his head, looking at the scratches on the kart. "You broke the blockade with that thing. Exactly how old are you that the teenagers on this island are handling this situation more maturely than you are?"

"You're lucky I wasn't there or you would have slammed right into a wall," he snapped. "You're also lucky that I am not going to bother wasting any resources and lock you up or put you under house arrest."

Roy wasn't planning on dealing with lawyers however. "You're to report to the clinic to help out there. Then you can see exactly what you could have caused on the mainland if your little plan had worked."

A smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth, but he didn't really seem amused. "Depends on how convincing you are," he told her. He could play it like that.

He made a face, realising this woman might very well be a hopeless cause. Still, after the stunt she pulled she really should pull her weight.

"Let's hope so. I'll escort you," he said. It wasn't an option.

"You could break a blockade with that, you're fine to help the needy in it," Roy replied. Sure, he know how much it sucked to ruin good clothes, but he didn't much care right now.

Roy might have felt that he didn't want to understand how she functioned. He grimaced and stepped back. "Lady's first," he said, not willing to risk her pulling a runner.
