Johnny was at work.

Johnny was sitting at work and looking over the recent ESPN magazine. 

Totally working.

The Hut is open.

Savannah walked in with coffee and her lips firmly closed. She walked over to Johnny, put the coffee down and kissed him.

Maybe keeping her mouth busy would keep from humming/singing that damn song?

Johnny looked up and grinned when he saw her but she looked determined about something and okay, the kiss was not totally unexpected, but wow okay.

He liked it when his girlfriend took charge like that.

Oh this was much better than the song and she pulled back to smile at him.

"Hi."

"Well hey you," he said softly, holding her face between his hands. "What was that for?"

She didn't whimper as she shook her head to stop the song from coming out.

"Can't I just walk in and grab you and kiss you," she teased.

"...yesssss," he said, looking her over to make sure she was okay. Because he could be paranoid like that.

"...did you just whimper?"

And because she just could never lie to him...

"Yes." She hid her face against his chest.

"Ah, sweetie," he said and held her close, running his hands over her back. "What happened?"

"Song in my head won't stop and it may have caused me to fail my Japanese final."

Nope, hadn't moved her face from his chest.

Ooookay. A song?

"Must suck, uh?" Johnny's had that happen before but not yet today, thank god.

"It's a horribly sad song," she mumbled.

He took her chin between thumb and forefinger and gently tilted her face up so he could look at her. "Can't be all that bad, can it?"

Savannah loked into his eyes and started to smile... and sang a few lines (http://www.lyricsfreak.com/d/dolly+parton/i+will+always+love+you_20041739.html) before she grabbed him to kiss him.

Oh. Guess it could be kind of rough. Girls sure were sentimental about songs weren't they?

Course Johnny did remember that evening in the common room with Chad and yeah, best not to go there.

...not like he could anyway with his girlfriend suddenly kissing him again. To which Johnny completely enjoyed and kissed her back, deeply.

It was the part where he would be better off if she left him that had her upset.

She ran her hands up his arms... and wondered how scandalized he would be if she pulled him into the back room.

Songs were just songs to Johnny. You couldn't believe them, really.

Part of his brain was telling him he should not be going here with Savannah. Not at work, not when just anyone could walk in...

"Sweetheart," he murmured after pulling free. "...I'm at work here..." but as though reading her mind, he asked. "There's a back room... with a lock on the door."

The saucy smile on her face should have been plenty of answer for him.

She wanted to be held close and kissed by him for awhile.

It was answer enough and Johnny took her hand and led her to the back room, shutting and locking the door before he took her into his arms and proceeded to make her forget about that damn song.
