Caritas - Friday evening [Open]

With Christmas right around the corner, Jolee had done some research and made the zombies dress like Santa and the elves.

He had nothing to do with Zombie Yoko being there dressed like a 'sexy' Mrs Claus. That's why he Force Dropped a bunch of tinsel onto her, covering her up from potentially disgusted eyes.

[OOC: I'm around for once this week. HUZZAH! I may be a teeny bit slow, though.]

Zombies dressed as Santa and elves? Funny.

Jolee watching the zombies? Amused.

Under the tinsel is a woman who isn't so much showing skin as she is showing her actual clavicle. Creepy.

Secretly Christmas horrifies Jolee as it reminds him of Wookiee Life Day.

He doesn't like musical numbers from one-time television stars.

Since meeting up with Steve earlier, Jaye hadn't heard a single peep out of her purse, which meant she was probably going to get the hell out of dodge if they didn't start up again. Which was a celebration, or something? Either way it was an excuse to hit Caritas again.

"Beer yay," Jaye said, sitting down at what she'd decided was her seat at the bar this week.

"Is that an order or are you just excited about the drink?" Jolee asked.

"Can't it be both?" she asked.

"It could be," Jolee asked. "But is it?"

Yes, he was being difficult. It was fun for him.

"Yes. Keep that up and I might have to make it two."

"But I would want that," Jolee said. "It means more money for me."

"The more I drink, the worse my tips get. Ask Nameless Bartender Chick."

"I'd ask who that is, but she's nameless so it would be futile, wouldn't it?" Jolee said, finally getting Jaye's beer.

Jaye gave him a thumbs up. "You catch on quick."

"You don't make it to my age without being either very quick or so slow everyone just plain misses you," Jolee said.

"I bet. You don't want them thinning the herd while you're in it. Some cultures put their old people out to sea. That would suck."

So Jaye was not a nice or tactful person?

"It wouldn't be so bad in many cases," Jolee said. "The only difference between your average old person and your average young person is that the old person tends to have had more experience at being an idiot. Of course, the young person has been genetically bred to be a more massive idiot, so it evens out."

"I think Washington's working on that already," she nodded. "Totally saw it on CNN."

"It's a good plan. They should get on it, take out whomever they can," Jolee said. "And then start working down in age until you get to the kids who can stay around until they prove themselves to be stupid adults."

"Yes! Darwinism put to good use!" she said, maybe a little too excitedly.

"You seem to be in a good mood tonight," Jolee noted. He was ignoring the glee at the suggested idiotcide and focusing instead on the overall bounciness.

"I know a lot of idiots!" she explained.

Well, there went the plan to avoid the specifics. "For the record, it WAS a joke. It's only fair to let stupidity take its toll naturally."

Jaye looked mildly disappointed. "But it was such a good idea. Screw fair."

"That's probably not a healthy thought, but I appreciate your enthusiasm," Jolee said.

"Screw healthy, too," said Jaye, drinking her beer.

"It's your choice. I'll just happily accept the profits of that choice," Jolee said. "At least as it applies to drinking."
