So apparently? Yitzhak needed to stop making the kitchen staff call in his personal delivery orders along with the diner's. Just because he needed several different kinds of powder didn't mean the diner did.

But now he was stuck with it, so . . . nothing to do but get rid of it all.

Any item on the menu, dipped in cocoa powder
Homemade coffee ice cream
(Made with powdered milk and instant coffee)

What? It was worth a try. In an attempt to get rid of some of the supply, he'd added powdered milk to the glitter on the HELP WANTED sign in the window, too.
