Bluth's Original Frozen Banana Stand, Fri. 1/25

There was a frozen banana stand, open for business for the day.

And there was a Sky.

Obediently dressed in a banana suit.

Wondering what on Earth had possessed him to agree to take this job.



Sky settled in, hoping feverishly that nobody was going to want a banana today. Which, he realized, meant the entire town was probably going to turn up.

Kerrigan had hoped that a walk through town would clear her head.

It didn't. It did, however, bring her places she hadn't been before. Like the giant...

...whatever it was. "...Frozen bananas?" she squinted at the menu, and then at-- "...Tate?"

Ooooh, crap.

"L... Lieutenant Kerrigan," said Sky, resisting the impulsive urge to salute. "...Would you like a banana?" he asked lamely, now even more feverishly wishing he'd donned the paper bag or fake mustache.

Troy was on a run through the town when he spotted the stand. He'd seen it before, but never particularly felt the need to buy a frozen banana -- until, today, it felt like exactly what he wanted. A craving, you might say.

Of course, then he saw who was manning the stand. "... Sky?" He couldn't help it. He snerked.

Oh, swell. Another person he knew and liked suddenly wanting a banana.

"Hi, Troy," Sky grumbled. "Yes, I know... the suit... it's ridiculous."

Adam had told Sky he'd come and visit, which was what he was doing.

Sky took a deep breath and gave Adam the thumbs-up as he approached.

"Hey, Adam. It's a good day to be a banana."

There was a very perky Mary with a box of fresh-baked cookies. "Oh, he's making you wear the banana suit on your first day?" she asked.

Jen had been going out for a run, but how could you possibly miss someone Sky's size in a banana suit?

She jogged over, the corners of her mouth twitching with amusement as she readjusted her ponytail.

"Either cadet training got really boring in between your time and mine, or . . ."

Sky gave Jen a strange look. He almost felt as though he should know who she was, but...

"...My superiors told me to cut back on the Squishies, so I decided to take some initiative and get a job for my own spending money," he said, by way of explanation. "This was the first place I saw that was hiring."

"That was my reaction when he first showed it to me, believe me. It's not so bad, though, surprisingly."

Sky blinked as the camera flashed, then couldn't suppress a groan.

"Ah, hello. ...That's twice my picture's been taken today," he said, frowning.

Okay, so Bridge had said he'd stop by. It's important to offer moral support to one's teammates, right? As he approaches the stand, he wonders if maybe he remembered the day wrong. After all, the only person there is some guy in a banana suit, and surely Sky wouldn't-

Sky groaned loudly upon Bridge's approach and considered ducking behind the counter, but it was far too late for that. Ok, NOW he guessed his humiliation was complete- his friends had all stopped by and gotten a good look. And in one case, a picture.

"...Hey, Bridge."

You can if you want. :D Real-life time doesn't necessarily corellate to in-game time, especially since it can take hours to play scenes out.
