George Michael had a rough day yesterday. What with having to deal with Joanna, inviting her to the wedding which was a stupid idea and one that he had to take back, not to mention making Mary cry last night. He was just on a roller coaster of emotions today.

Wait.

He was not a freaking girl! He can't believe Joanna suggested that.

"Eddie? Go peck Joanna's eyes out. She's on that yacht over there," he pointed in that general direction and Eddie squawked. "Okay, I'm kidding. Just poop on her deck."

Sigh.

Mike didn't really need a frozen banana, but he wanted to have a little chat with George Michael. "Hey there," he said. "How's it going?"

Oh. Mary's body guard as George Michael liked to refer to Mr. Cannon.

"Hi, Mr. Cannon. Uh, it's going fine. How are you?"

"Call me Mike. My students don't even call me Mr. Cannon," he said, smiling. "And congratulations, bro! You're getting married! I am so happy for you and Mary."

Mike was making a point of being extra friendly today. Mary had been friendly towards Piper back in Las Vegas, so Mike figured he should return the favor.

George Michael smiled wide. This was great, that he seemed so happy about the marriage. Up coming marriage. "Thanks, Mike! I pretty excited about it."

"Well, I''m happy for her. For both of you, actually," said Mike. "And Mary's always been like a sister to me, so welcome to the family." It was definitely a warmer response than George Michael was likely to see from Danny.

"Thank you," yep, he was still with the beaming. "Did she tell you we'd like to get married in June?"

"No, she didn't," said Mike. "Guess you're not going with the Las Vegas route like I did, sorta."

"Yeah, I heard you got married. What's up with that?"

Mike cringed. "I was very, very drunk," he said. "There's this hot concierge at the Montecito and she cooked up this plan to poach some big-time bartender away from another property, and Delinda wanted me to go along as her wingman. So Piper and I were doing shots while she was negotiating with the bartender while I'm running interference with the bouncer, and we got carried away and ended up at some wedding chapel. We got the whole thing annulled right away, though."

"That sounds... kind of exciting," he admitted, looking around to make sure no one heard him. Namely Mary, hiding somewhere. Not that he thought she would hide. Just saying.

"More like humiliating," said Mike, also looking around. "Eloping is not something a Vegas local is supposed to do! We laugh while watching the tourists do it. And then there's the video," he added, shuddering. "Plus Piper turned out to be the daughter of a really good friend of Cooper, the guy who owns the Montecito. I'm telling you, you're lucky you won't have to be dealing with a father-in-law like that."

He raised his brows. That was... quite a story there. "Video?"

"The chapel videotapes their weddings. You can see that I was too drunk to stand and Piper was giggling throughout the entire ceremony," groaned Mike. "And instead of kissing the bride, I started a conga line. Believe me, there were many people who had to be paid off to keep that video off the Internet."

George Michael couldn't stop himself from laughing if he tried. "Can I see it?"

"Oh, hell no," said Mike. "And not a word of this to Mary. She's no slouch when it comes to gossip. She'll tell Sam, Sam will tell Delinda, Delinda will tell Danny, and Danny will play it for the entire hotel."

"You mean she doesn't know?" he asked, incredulous. "Have you thought about the news? The squirrels? I might not have to tell her."

"Oh, she knows about the wedding. She's the one who got me an early portal out of Vegas so I didn't have to deal with the aftermath," explained Mike. "But she doesn't know about the video."

"She might after today," he couldn't help but smirk.

Mike sighed. "This radio thing takes some getting used to."

"Mike," he said. "Can I ask you something?"

"Sure!" said Mike. "Ask away."

"I would, uh, like to have a bachelor party and I might need help, planning it. Do I plan this? I don't know. I never had a bachelor party the first time I got married."

La la la.
