Tonight, Robin was taking a quiz out of a magazine, and trying to actually be nice to Tino at the same time.

"Come on, Tino, don't you want to know what kind of shoe you are?" she asked, circling her own answers. "I'm a sexy stiletto, according to this. I should put that on my resumé."

I took a three hour nap this afternoon, oops.

Fraser came in quite a bit later than he usually did and he wasn't wearing a uniform when he did.

Instead, it was jeans and a long sleeved shirt. That was on purpose. He'd eventually tell her why.

She might notice that his hair looked shorter and freshly trimmed. He took a seat on one of the stools.

"Good evening."

"Hi," she said, giving him a curious little look. "Did you come from home?"

"Hi, no," he said and shook his head. "Why, do I look like I did?"

"No uniform and you're early," she replied, eyeing him.

"I left work early," he said and shrugged. "I had a few errands to run."

George Michael came in and plopped down on a stool. Yes. Plopped. He was already half snockered, tipsy, on his way to a good drop dead drunk. Whatever. The fact was, he ran out of beer at home.

So he was here for more beer. Or something stronger.

Robin eyed him. "...water or coffee?" she offered.

She thought it might be a good idea. But she wasn't going to stop him from digging his own grave.

"Oh? And what do you want to drink?" she asked, already picking up a glass.

"...those aren't stronger than beer," he noted, mainly to the countertop.

"Water," he said. "And just water tonight. Yes, a few errands. I got my hair cut."

Romeo came in after paintball, a little bit of red paint still visible in one eyebrow. "Good evening, might I have a rum and coke?" It felt like a rum and coke night.

"It looks nice. Why just water?" she asked curiously.

"Yes, but you already look drunk," she pointed out helpfully. "Figured you might want to sober up a little."

"Hi, and sure," Robin said, smiling as she quickly poured the drink. "How're you tonight?"

"Thank you," he said and smiled. "And I have a reason. I'm not going to tell you just yet but I'm sure you'll figure it out."

"Apparently loud and slow," Romeo answered, running a hand over his forehead and succeeding in smudging the paint. "At least at paintball. And yourself?"

"I'm kind of not drunk," he tried reason though his logic was way off. "I'll just take a beer or five, nothing stronger. Even if I stumble home, she's not there to notice."

She kept looking at him. "Does it have to do with your cute hair and your earliness and your different clothes?"

God. When were people going to stop coming to her with their relationship problems. Goddamn bartending.

"She?"

"Perhaps," he said and nodded. "I did a few things while I was running errands today."

"Me? I rock the paintball," she told him, nodding and eyeing the paint. "And laser tag, for what it's worth."
