After plotting mischief with Bridge, Savannah popped into the Photo Hut to visit her boyfriend. Since everything at the Perk seemed to be decaffeinated today, she was not bearing coffee. There was only her.

"Plotting world domination," she teased. "You?"

Okay, with Savannah? Johnny totally had to cock his head and give her a look. "Really?"

"Totally," she tried to say seriously. "I was hoping you'd be my consort and co-regent." There was so much mischief in her eyes.

Yep, he recognized that look in her eyes. "Totally depends. What kind of benefits do I get?"

"Me," she said, because clearly, that should be plenty.

"Then I'm your man," he said smartly. "But I gotta ask why?"

"Because I haven't had caffeine since Monday?" She said brightly. "And Chris and Summer are being dumb about their feelings for each other."

He quirked a brow. "What's going on between the two?"

"They really care about each other but won't say anything."

"Well, I kind of remember caring about you and not saying anything for awhile," he said, grinning a bit. "They'll come around."

Savannah blushed and then gave a mischievous meow. "I remember."

He laughed. "I think I'm liking this attitude you got going on."

"You can benefit from it after work," she grinned. "Oh, we got Chris and Summer tickets to Prom."

"Can I?" his grin was still going strong. "Are we double-dating?"

"As much as you want to," she promised. "I hadn't thought about it... but it may be the only way to get them to go..."

"Why did we buy their tickets if we don't even know if they're going or not?"

"She has a dress now, too, so she has to go."

"Savannah? Does she know she's going? For that matter does she know she has a dress?"

"Baby? Sweetheart? What have you done?"

Savannah bit her lip. "Johnny? I've been trapped in the past and I have almost died. The things that kept me going through so many times have been thoughts of everything that you and I have. Summer loves Chris every bit as much as I love you... and I don't want them to miss out on everything wonderful that they could have... or regret that they never took a chance."

Yes, she was a romantic now.

At her words, Johnny came around the counter and took her hands in his, then he leaned forward and placed a tender kiss on her forehead. "Do you know," he began quietly, "just how incredible you are?"

Savannah leaned into him, then raised her eyes to meet his. "How do you figure? I just want them to be as happy as we are." Her eyes were shining.
