When George Michael got to work, he found Eddie on the counter. Eddie wasn't perched there either, he was laying down, on his back, legs sticking straight out. George Michael's first thought wasn't good but as he neared the seagull, got closer, he noticed that there was a distinct rise and fall of chest. Well. That was a relief. George Michael really didn't want to go to jail for death of a seagull by Lysol. But it was weird, right? A seagull sleeping like that?
He chuckled a little nervously and reached out to try and poke Eddie in the stomach, but, the bird snored, so George Michael drew his hand back. He was just too nice to wake him up and shoo him away.
Instead he muttered, "Stupid seagull," before he turned to get some nut chopping done.
